Dale brings a unique blend of formal education and generational construction experience to commercial proposal development. Starting his career in the skilled trades before completing a degree in Environmental Science & Geography at the University of Lethbridge, Dale returned to the industry to lead complex project management and technical consulting initiatives.

​

As a construction RFP consultant and commercial proposal writer, Dale specializes in helping contractors translate their practical, on-site expertise into high-scoring tender submissions. His background spans building science, project management, building envelope consulting, and advanced stakeholder communication.

​

Dale works closely with estimators, project managers, and executive leadership teams across Calgary, Western Canada, and nationwide to turn demanding solicitations into profitable contract awards.
